Previous forge knowledge is needed for this day course.
Spend the day learning how to make your own 16mm square jaw tongs to a very high standard, learning all the theory and how to avoid common problems when forging tongs. only two places available, cost is per person. If you finish making your tong with enough time you can start making a second pair of tongs or make a small project of your own.

Day tong making February 28th 2026 0900 till 1600.
You must bring and wear your own safety equipment, boots, safety glasses, ear plugs, overalls if you wish.
Please provide your own food/lunch. Tea and coffee provided
